Roasted Almonds in Olive Oil and Rosemary

This is a recipe I watched on Master Class by Alice Waters. I just loved the look of it, and was curious to try it!

No measurements needed for this recipe, just do it any way you'd like to!

 

INGREDIENTS

Raw Almonds

Fresh Rosemary

Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 275 degrees  

Spread the quantity of almonds you'd like to use on a cooking sheet

Strip the rosemary leaves from the stem, pull the needles in the opposite direction from which they grow, they should easily slide off 

Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and put in the oven

Cook for about 20 minutes, take out, let it cool and enjoy. Bon appetit!
